i have decided to do my 1:1 detai lof the concrete panel and steel portal frame and their intersection with the footing. I have seen two examples of a column intersecting a footing. the first is a plate that is bolted to the footing and to the column.
The second, which i have decided to model is where the flange is welded to the column and bolted to the footing.
